- Edible glitter (optional, for extra sparkle)

Instructions
Step 1 – Prepare the Molds
Our food-grade silicone molds are naturally non-stick, so no greasing is needed the candies release cleanly every time.
Step 2 – Make the Candy Base
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup, and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Once the mixture begins to boil, stop stirring. Clip a candy thermometer to the side and heat to 300°F (hard crack stage).
Step 3 – Add Flavor and Color
Remove from heat. Quickly stir in your flavoring extract and a few drops of gel food coloring. Stir gently to avoid creating bubbles.
Step 4 – Pour the Candy
Carefully pour the hot candy mixture into the mold cavities, filling them halfway. Sprinkle a pinch of popping candy into the center of each candy, add a little edible glitter, then pour more candy on top to fully encase the filling.
Step 5 – Cool and Set
Allow the candies to cool completely at room temperature for 30–45 minutes, or until fully hardened.
Step 6 – Unmold
Gently flex the silicone mold to release the candies. Store in an airtight container with parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
