Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return Process Please contact us before returning any items to receive return authorization and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Inaccessible or Secured Addresses AnnLuca is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from an inaccessible address, including but not limited to secured buildings, gated communities, or any location requiring an access or entry code. Refunds will not be issued in cases where delivery could not be completed due to the customer's failure to provide necessary access information or to arrange a pickup from the carrier's holding facility.
