How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. Most customers receive their orders closer to the 7-business-day mark.

Where do you ship from?

Our products are shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs processing, which is outside our control.

Will my order look like the photos?

Yes! We quality-check our listings to ensure product photos accurately represent what you'll receive — including size, color, and detail.

Do the molds have any smell?

Our silicone molds are made from food-safe, odor-free materials. You may occasionally notice a very faint manufacturing scent that dissipates quickly — but most customers report no smell at all.

What if my order is delayed?

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner right away.
